5. Uploaded content

You own your uploaded content. By uploading, you confirm you have the right to upload and have that content processed. You may not upload illegal, copyright-infringing or privacy-infringing content. Studdie may process uploads to deliver, secure and improve the service.

6. AI disclaimer

AI-generated study support may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always verify important information with your course materials or teacher. Studdie does not guarantee grades, exam results, admission outcomes or learning outcomes. Studdie is study support, not a replacement for school, teacher or professional advice.

9. Digital services and withdrawal

For digital services, delivery may start immediately. The statutory right of withdrawal may be limited or excluded where you have explicitly agreed that delivery starts immediately, waiving your right of withdrawal for the part already performed.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms or as required by law.

11. Privacy and data protection

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy and the GDPR page.

The Studdie website, software, design and brand belong to the operators of Studdie or their licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal study.

13. Liability

Studdie is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited and indirect damages are excluded. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Belgian courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
